How long is the trial?
100 days from the day MixFairy joins your server. No card required. Pro features stay live for the entire trial — you only decide whether to subscribe near the end.
What counts as a "level"?
Level = floor(active members / 1000), capped at 65535. A guild with 1–1999 members is lv1; 2000–2999 is lv2; and so on. Pricing scales linearly: $7 / lv / month, $70 / lv / year (≈ 2 months saved).
What happens if my member count drops?
Your invoice recalculates each billing cycle based on the current count. If your community shrinks, your bill shrinks with it — no manual downgrade needed.
Who owns the Google Sheet?
You do. REEF Pro creates a sheet under your Google Drive (via OAuth at setup) — the data lives in your account from day one. If you ever cancel, the sheet stays with you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep Pro features through that period. We don't pro-rate refunds on mid-cycle cancellation but we don't lock you in either.
Is there an Enterprise tier?
Yes — for guilds above ~50k active members or with compliance / SSO / dedicated-instance requirements. Reach out at hi@cver.net and we'll scope a quote together.
